Anna Silk

Anna Silk was born in January 1974. The most famous role she has played is Bo in the Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk is an actress from Canada born in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk both were academics. Ilkay was also a writer, director and producer. She's the Director of Drama for St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers her very first memory of playing rehearsals together with her mother. Silk played a role as a young model in a commercial. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. Silk's work on television is centered around the character Cassidy Holland in Being Erica and she won an Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. In 2009 she landed the main character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. Silk got pregnant in the course of production of the third season finale episode. The news was announced to the fans during an episode of the Showcase preview of the Season Three special on January 6 2013. Silk tweeted on June 20, 2013 to announce that she was ready to return to working. The 4th of June 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially declared the start of production for the fourth season. Tessa Lynn Thompson is an American actress born on September 3rd, 1983 on the streets of Los Angeles. She is the daughter of singer-songwriter Marc Anthony Thompson and the daughter of the actor and musician Bobby Ramos. She was raised within Los Angeles before moving to Brooklyn, New York.
